i admit it im a sugarholic and now i have 2 go a week without sugar this may seem easy for u but this is what i have 2 do no juice no biscuts no chocolate (and my dads just opened a mega packet) no lolies (and ive got heaps from my birthday) no iceblocks no icecream and no hot chocolate i would go on but im suffering realy bad already must have sugar and its a few hours
I saw something once where a woman was addicted to suger because people can get addicted to the feel-good hormones it releases in the brain and the suger rush/surge. She was a diabetic too so it wasn't very good. She got 'cured' by thinking off all the things that made her happy and whenever she thought of the feeling, touched her forefinger and thumb together and did it loads so that whenever she craved suger she just touched her fingers, the things happened and she didn't need it anymore!
