Hi. I'm new here but I had a question about the dvd. I am a big fan of the book and have been waiting to see the movie for awhile now, but I live in the US and the dvd that I looked at on Amazon.com/uk is not in the right region. Does anyone know if they are going to make a copy of the dvd in the US and put it in the right region? Thanks!
I'm also in the U.S. and my mom and I have looked online and it looks like we won't get to see it here on dvd unless we order it through amazon or something. I t never came to the U.S. to be seen in theaters, and hasn't been set to any time soon. Canada had it by September last year, and it went to France and the UK and a lot of other places before the end of May. I don't get why a lot of places where not all the people know English got it but the Americans that speak fluent English don't ever get to see it. Did they think it was so bad that no one in the states would want to? I really can't see how that's fair......it's printed in books here....but the movie is kept in other regions. Why???
